Yes. Choose an available size and finish, upload your photographs, add your personalization and complete checkout. We will email your final artwork for approval before printing.

Does the preview create the finished portrait?

No. It confirms the photos and text you selected. The final artwork will be prepared separately and sent for your approval before printing.

When are my photos uploaded?

Selecting a photo displays it in your browser. Confirming your personalization and adding the item to your bag uploads your original photos and attaches your details to the cart and order.

What pets can you include?

Our designs can be personalized for dogs and cats. For another companion, contact us to discuss your photograph and the design.

Can I include two pets or several photos?

Yes. The Always Together design includes two pets, while A Life of Love uses three photographs.

Is this an original painted canvas?

No. The watercolor and illustrated designs are digitally prepared artwork printed as a reproduction. The photograph design preserves a photographic look.

Can I buy a sympathy gift?

Yes. A pet’s name and a short personal message can make a thoughtful tribute. If you do not have a suitable photo or permission to use it, ask the recipient first. Our memorial message guide can help you find words.

How long will it take?

See our shipping policy and the delivery information provided during checkout or with your order. Proof preparation, your approval and printing are separate steps. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help. Read the returns and refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
