Each personalized artwork is prepared especially for you. Please review the information below to understand artwork preparation, production, and delivery.
Artwork preparation and approval
Personalized orders require suitable photographs and complete personalization details. If we need additional information or a replacement photograph, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Where an artwork proof is provided, production begins after you approve the final design. Delays in providing information or approving your proof will affect the production and delivery timeline.
Production time
Artwork preparation, production, and shipping are separate stages. Applicable preparation and production estimates will be provided on the product page or during the ordering process.
Shipping transit estimates do not include artwork preparation or production unless expressly stated.
Shipping destinations and charges
Available shipping destinations and delivery options are shown during checkout. We can accept orders only for addresses supported by our available shipping services.
Shipping charges, including any applicable free-shipping offer, are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times
Available delivery estimates are shown during checkout or communicated with your order. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates.
Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, or other unexpected events may affect delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you with available information and next steps. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided with your order after shipment. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Where available, separate tracking details will be provided.
Delivery addresses and changes
Please check your shipping address carefully, including apartment or unit numbers, postal codes, and recipient details.
If you need to correct an address, contact Support@theirlittlelegacy.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or has shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Any proposed additional shipping charge will be explained before you agree to reshipment.
International orders
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees may apply. Amounts collected by us will be identified during checkout. Where charges are not collected at checkout, the destination’s authorities or carrier may require payment from the recipient, subject to applicable law.
Customs processing may affect delivery times. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about delivery to your destination.
Delayed or missing packages
If your shipment appears delayed, tracking stops updating, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment provider or carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. A delivery scan does not by itself remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Items damaged during delivery
Please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Please retain the item and packaging while we review the issue. Do not return anything to a printing or fulfillment partner without our instructions.
