How It Works

A favorite photo becomes a meaningful reminder of the love you shared.

1. Choose a design

Explore our pet memorial portraits and choose the style that feels right. Select the size and finish you prefer.

2. Add your memories

Select a clear JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB per photo. Add your pet’s name and an optional tribute, dates or design notes. Collages use three photos; two-pet portraits use one photo of each pet.

3. Review your details

The product page shows your selected photos and personalization details. This is a selection preview, not the finished artwork.

4. Approve the artwork

After you place your order, we prepare a digital artwork proof and contact you by email for approval before printing. Check spelling, dates, layout and cropping carefully. Reply with any requested changes before approving. Production begins only after approval.

5. Make room for their memory

Your approved artwork will be printed in your selected format and shipped to you. Available shipping destinations, charges and delivery estimates are shown during checkout or communicated with your order.

Complete your order

Review your personalization, confirm it and add your tribute to your bag. Your original photos are uploaded when you add the item to your bag. Complete checkout to place your order. We then prepare your final artwork and email it for approval before printing.
