Orders and personalization

Review the final product description, total price, shipping information and your personalization before placing an order. The order confirmation and applicable consumer law govern your purchase. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill an order.

Your photographs and text

Only provide photographs and text that you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your content. By submitting it for an order, you grant us permission to use it only as needed to prepare, revise, produce, deliver and support your personalized product, including sharing it with relevant service providers. We will seek separate permission before using your personal photos or artwork in marketing.

Proof approval

Artwork will be prepared digitally and printed as a reproduction. A selection preview is not a finished artwork proof. Review the final proof carefully and request changes before approving. Production begins after approval.

Product presentation

Mockups show a design concept. Check the final specifications for dimensions, materials and included components. Screens can display colors differently; this does not exclude your rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.

Shipping, cancellations and privacy

Read our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy. These terms do not override mandatory consumer protections.
